1. What are the physiological causes of procrastination? What is each of the brain parts responsible for in terms of our thinking and processing?
2. What are the psychological causes of procrastination?
3. Define metacognition.
4. What are possible solutions to procrastination?
5. Which of the solutions tends to be the most difficult for you to master? Explain using examples.

4. Create a DAPPS goal and apply it into your planner.
